CEO of SmarDTV
Previously serving as Senior Vice President, Solutions and Services at Nagra, the digital TV division of the Kudelski Group, Pascal Lenoir brings to his new role a long experience working with EchoStar as CEO of NagraStar - a joint venture between the Kudelski Group and EchoStar - supplying conditional access systems and security services to Dish Network in the US, BellTV in Canada, and Dish Mexico.
Pascal Lenoir has also spent eight years in the Silicon Valley and in the San Francisco Bay Area working in Telecom, in Strategy Consulting, and with start-ups. He holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a Master in Computer Science from the University of Paris-Dauphine.
Leading the finance department, Wouter helps SmarDTV to grow in a sustainable and profitable way.
Wouter joined Finance in the Kudelski group in 2010. His main focus was supporting Senior management in investment decisions related to R&D and M&A. He has 15 years of experience in Finance, Management Consulting and Manufacturing and this in an international environment across Europe and in South Africa. Wouter holds an MBA from IMD in Lausanne and a Master in Electrical Engineering from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.

In charge of the industrial activities, Olivier ensures that SmarDTV can supply its customers with the highest level of reliability.
For over 15 years Olivier has been working in the field of international supply chain management within the High Tech and Telco industries.
Vice President Sales & Marketing
Understanding and anticipating the SmarDTV’s customers needs, as well as proactively defining the most appropriate solutions required by the market is Hervé's day-to-day priority.
Working in international organization, in the segment of semiconductor, digital television and telecommunication since 25 years, Hervé proved a high efficiency in managing multicultural teams in a dynamic and competitive environment.
Vice President Sales
As VP Sales, Jérôme helps SmarDTV to identify opportunities on all international markets, and ensure the promotion, sale and distribution of SmarDTV’s solutions.
Jérôme joined SmarDTV in May 2008. He has more than 9 years of experience in sales and development in United States, Canada and Europe, in different roles including Trade Manager, CRM Manager and Sales Account Manager. For over 8 years he’s been working in the Pay TV industry and new media (Canal+, Nagra France, Cognacq-Jay Image in Paris). Jérôme graduated from the University of California, San Diego in 1994.
