The complete pre-integrated solution is available today, compatible with both desktop and laptop personal computers. It does not require a set-top box to function and is compatible with any DVB DTT network in the world, meaning that it can be rolled this out in future without having to start from scratch.

Initially introduced for Digital Terrestrial (DVB-T) reception, SmarDTV's solutions can be adapted to any type of broadcast. Similarly, other form factors may be proposed: USB stick, but also mini-card or PCI-e cards

1) The TV service is received encrypted with the CA System

2) The decoder decrypts the service, and locally re-encrypt the TV content before transferring it to the PC

3) The secure TV player decodes the Video & Audio signals, and sends the content on copy protected outputs, or stores it on the PC Hard Disk Drive for future playback
